Refund Policy

1. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
2. Payment gateway, bank transaction, and processing charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refunds will not be provided for unused nights due to early departure.  

Peak Season & Special Dates

1. Bookings during festivals, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, and special events are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
2. Date changes during peak season are subject to availability and management approval.  

Group Booking Policy

1. Reservations of 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings.
2. 100% advance payment may be required for group bookings.
3. Group booking cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival may not be eligible for refunds.  

Management Rights
